Founded in 1997, Campus Party began as a technology festival and LAN party in Spain. Since then, the event has evolved into a 3-day, 24-hour-a-day festival that brings a diverse community together to check out the latest innovations, participate in challenges, hear from inspiring speakers, and sharpen their skills.
Historically, Campus Party has attracted a wide audiences of gamers, programmers, tech enthusiasts and industry experts between the ages of 18-29. This tight-knit community, dubbed “Campuseros” attend Campus Party year after to reconnect with friends and discover what’s new.
Around the world, some of the top minds in society have participated in Campus Party, including Stephen Hawking, Sir Tim Berners-Lee, Steve Wozniak, Vint Cerf, Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, and more.
Campus Party has quickly spread around the world, and in 2021, we are thrilled to be welcoming the event to North America with the inaugural Campus Party TechFest.
